This year, I have had a great time designing and teaching my craft classes. After my last class, I decided to not continue on due to the store closing that I was teaching at. My darling niece called me up one day and begged me to make her a set of blocks for her shelf for Christmas. I'd been asked before by others and had come up with a few ideas, but nothing that I was too excited to finish since I wasn't holding the classes anymore. But Kaylin had the best idea and I couldn't say no. She requested a nativity scene and we settled on the words "Behold Him". I think that it turned out elegant and beautiful and I'm thankful for the opportunity to design it.
The blocks look great without any decoration, but I wanted to add a little something. The simple green poinsettia was my choice. I love the way it turned out.

Will the paper be the same as in the picture? Where did you get that I love it and would like to do some other projects in those colors as well?
Oh one more questions what is the overall dieminsions for this too? So I know how big for the spot I'm thinking about.. thanks
Yes, I've been able to get more of the same paper that I have used. However, it's getting hard to find now so I may not be able to hold out much longer. Kits are selling quickly!
The set measures roughly 17 1/2 W x 8 3/4 H.
Thank you.. Where did you find the paper maybe I could find the same ones if you don't mind it would work perfect for another project that I'm doing? I thought they were a little smaller than that I don't think that it will work where I wanted it to work.. Thank you though..
Thanks so much for the inspiration. I made my version here. Of course I gave you the credit!
